Shipping - We ship worldwide, tracked where available. Prints go flat or in a tube. UK orders usually arrive within a week; Europe and beyond within two. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties by your country.

Returns - Changed your mind about a print? Email us within 14 days of receiving it, then send it back within 14 days of that, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours unless the print is faulty. We refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of getting it back.

Damaged or wrong - Tell us within 14 days with a photo of the print and the packaging and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

Commissioned maps - Drawn to your route and story, so they can’t be returned or cancelled once we’ve started drawing. If a commissioned print arrives damaged we’ll replace it.
